Professional Sports Again Prove the Folly of Vaccines and “COVID Protocols”

Some of the healthiest people on the planet are being managed by some of the dumbest people on Earth. According to Vice, the NFL is now a “COVID superspreader.” With the playoffs beginning in almost exactly one month, there are—as of this writing (the list has been growing daily)—nearly 100 (out of approximately 1700) players on the NFL’s COVID-19 list.

Tellingly, Vice notes that “Sixty-five players have tested positive in the last two days, including a single-day record on Monday of 37 new cases.” So again we have an “outbreak” among those who’ve merely “tested positive” for the Wuhan Virus. The Vice article goes on to mention how the NBA and the NHL are also dealing with “outbreaks” of positive Wuhan Virus tests.

Without one mention of a player who’s actually sick, seven times the Vice piece uses the phrase “tested positive” or a close derivative. Several more times Wuhan Virus “test” or “testing” is mentioned. No mention of hospitalizations, no mention of deaths, just “tests.” What’s more, over 94% of NFL players are “vaccinated” (that definition keeps changing). Additionally, 97% of the NBA is “vaccinated”—with over 60% having received their “booster dose”—and reportedly only four NHL players remain “unvaccinated.”

Thus, the “outbreak” of positive tests in U.S. professional sports has occurred in spite of what is certainly some off the highest rates of vaccination of any large group of people the world over. Also, these “outbreaks” complete contradict the notion—recently spouted by Joe Biden himself and enforced by Twitter censors—that the vaccinated “do not spread the disease to anybody else.”

Nevertheless, the NFL is doubling down on its anti-science, data-ignorant policies. According to ABC News, “The NFL is requiring players, coaches and other team personnel to receive a COVID-19 booster by Dec. 27.” The NFL has larger rosters, and much more human-to-human contact than either the NBA or the NHL, yet in nearly two seasons now in the COVID-era, the NFL has reported virtually zero serious illnesses due to the Wuhan Virus.

At the end of last season—which was played when almost no one was vaccinated—the NFL, in conjunction with the CDC, revealed that there was zero evidence of “on-field transmission” of the Wuhan Virus. Additionally, in spite of rampant testing, there were few positive tests amongst NFL personnel, and again, virtually no one got seriously ill from the Wuhan Virus. In spite of this, the NFL got completely on board the Wuhan Virus vaccine train. And look what it got them! It seems the NFL is still refusing to believe its own data.

The AP reports that, because of “rising coronavirus numbers around the league,” the NBA may return to daily testing for players and coaches. When are these fools going to learn that the Wuhan Virus is simply going to do what viruses do? And no amount of testing and other foolish “protocols” is going to change this.

When are these organizations going to stop pretending that the young and healthy have ever been in any serious danger from the Wuhan Virus? Much of the rest of the U.S.—at least those of us on “team reality”—have long understood what this virus really is, and who’s at risk from it. Cancelling games, pulling players, more widespread testing, and the like is nothing more than further pandemic theatre. If there are more game cancellations and loss of time for players with “positive tests,” it won’t be due to another “outbreak” of the Wuhan Virus, but it will be due to yet another foolish reaction to the Wuhan Virus.

Perhaps these league executives are not as dumb as I think they are. Like the Democrat Party, perhaps they have decided to continue to play politics with this virus, using it as a means to control others. Perhaps American professional sports owners and executives have decided that such tactics will aid and abet the Democrat Party. Whatever the case, “team reality”—as much as it exists within the players associations—needs to stand up to this evil.

The Folly of “You Are Only as Good as Your Last COVID Test”

Just prior to the Georgia (UGA) vs. Clemson showdown on the first full weekend of the college football season, you could just sense that media leftists were aching to (AGAIN!) make the Wuhan Virus an issue. The last thing the residents of Covidstan want to see is tens-of-thousands of rabid college football doing what football fans are supposed to do:

Three days prior to the game, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that UGA’s head athletic trainer—Ron Courson— “has been diagnosed with COVID-19.” Most other outlets reported that the trainer had “tested positive.” As the UGA coaching staff was hounded with questions about how this would impact the team, UGA head coach Kirby Smart stated that, “We are above 90% [vaccinations]. Ron and his staff have done a tremendous job making sure that guys feel comfortable getting the vaccination. We feel really comfortable with where we are.”

Coach Smart continued, “My goal is always to be 100 percent, because I think that it is the safest thing for our players .... but you are only as good as your last COVID test.” There are numerous issues with Coach Smart’s statements here, not the least of which is his position on the Wuhan Virus “vaccines,” but I think everything wrong in this story can be summed up with the foolishness that leads one to conclude “You are only as good as your last COVID test.”

The full blame for that statement does not lie with Kirby Smart. Most of the blame for such a foolish conclusion lies with school administrators and health officials who have put coaches—and the like—into the position where they can only properly do their jobs if Wuhan Virus test results are what such officials want them to be.

For over a year and a half now we’ve had to endure the rampant fear porn of those who simply refuse to acknowledge that viruses are simply going to virus, and that, in spite of this, young people the world over are in little to no danger from the Wuhan Virus. This is especially the case among the physical specimens that inhabit football programs at the collegiate and professional levels. This begs the question: Why are schools and athletic programs continuing to administer Wuhan Virus tests to healthy, asymptomatic students and athletes?!

Of course, this does not mean no one should be getting tested for the Wuhan Virus, but given what we now well know about the Wuhan Virus, for schools to rampantly test the young and healthy is folly rooted in foolish fear. As healthcare expert Kevin Roche put it in February of this year “Massive [COVID] Testing is Pointless and Worthless.” He added,

How much you test has nothing to do with how many deaths you end up with. One of the biggest myths is that if we only tested more we would have gotten this under control. Just nonsense that overwhelmed contact tracing efforts and resulted in lots of false and low positives.

As Mr. Roche alludes, once an individual has a “positive” test—which by no means indicates they are actually sick—the infamous and unnecessary “contact tracing” begins. I’ve heard from numerous parents whose healthy children have been sent home from school simply because they were deemed “in close contact” with someone who “tested positive” for the Wuhan Virus.

All of this ignorant and foolish nonsense is due to the false notion that young, healthy people are in danger from the Wuhan Virus. As Joy Pullmann at The Federalist recently put it,

Continuing to keep kids locked into masks and out of normal life is a mass hysteria based on conspiracy theories far worse than QAnon. It has no basis in science, data, or reality. It is entirely a psychotic power play that sane people must refuse to allow to control our lives, because it’s hurting kids and destroying our nation’s future.

Nevertheless, the hysteria and conspiracy theories persist. As I was running errands this past Saturday, just past noon (EST), I turned on the radio to listen to a broadcast of one of the first Saturday games (Wisconsin vs. Penn State) from college football’s week one. Just prior to kickoff, one of the radio announcers began discussing each teams’ “COVID issues.” He ignorantly declared that COVID was “still a major threat to these student athletes.” Of course, the Wuhan Virus never was a “major threat” to student athletes, and it is still not a “threat” any more than a cold or the flu is a “threat!”

Foolish testing, masking, contact tracing, and the like, is also based on the false notion that the asymptomatic are significant spreaders of the Wuhan Virus. They are not. This is certainly the case on a football field! (As the CDC and the NFL revealed to be the case near the beginning of 2021.)

“You are only as good as your last COVID test” has taken on even more significance for UGA football. During his Monday (9/6) press conference, two days after defeating Clemson, Kirby Smart told reporters,

I’ll be honest with you, I’m as concerned as I’ve ever been, because we have three or four guys out with COVID and we have a couple staff members that have been out with COVID here recently. For us, we’re at our highest spike. And people are talking about vaccinations, well these are people that are vaccinated.

There is no mention if anyone is actually sick. If foolish contact tracing is employed in this situation, UGA could be down multiple players for its game this coming Saturday. For a team with national championship aspirations, and players who will never get this time back, that is no small matter. When reporting on this matter, Bleacher Report declared,

While Smart explained the players experienced breakthrough cases, they are statistically safer because they were vaccinated. A recent study from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention revealed that those who are vaccinated are 29 times less likely to be hospitalized or killed as a result of the virus (h/t Katia Hetter of CNN).

Of course there was no mention of how “statistically safer” are young, healthy athletes, or how many times “less likely” a college athlete is to be “hospitalized or killed” as a result of the Wuhan Virus.

If you don’t want to worry about the outcome of the “last COVID test” of an athlete or student, fed-up parents and like-minded and influential school and athletic officials—especially coaches and athletic directors of powerful programs—need to demand most all “COVID protocols” cease! We don’t need to be testing anyone who lacks Wuhan Virus symptoms, and we certainly don’t need to be sidelining or quarantining the young and healthy.

CDC/NFL Publish Revealing Wuhan Virus Paper

Multiple outlets have recently reported on a new “scientific paper” published by the CDC in partnership with the NFL. The paper was authored by “medical experts” from both the NFL and the NFL Players Association. The paper details the efforts by the NFL to conduct its season in the midst of the Wuhan virus. As the lockdown narrative—almost always accompanied by the masking narrative—still prevails across much of the U.S., this paper provides some important revelations.

Before discussing the paper, it is important to note that, in spite of a few postponements, every NFL regular season game was played. Only the Super Bowl remains. In other words, unlike the NCAA and thousands of high schools across the U.S. that caved to the foolish Wuhan virus fear porn, every NFL team played every game on its schedule.

Reporting on the CDC/NFL paper, Fox News notes that “from Aug. 9 to Nov. 21 approximately 623,000 COVID-19 tests were performed on approximately 11,400 players and staff members and 329 tested positive (2.9%).” That’s about 55 tests per individual conducted over a 105-day period. (This period constitutes the bulk of the NFL regular season.) That means, on average, these NFL employees were getting tested once every two days.

The 2.9% number is calculated by dividing the number who tested positive (329) by the total number tested (11,400). However, it would be more revealing to note, of the 623,000 tests, how many tests were positive. Almost certainly this number is significantly lower than 2.9%. It’s also important to note that in spite of these “positive” tests, almost zero serious illnesses from the Wuhan virus were reported.

In other words, though the NFL’s rampant testing yielded a few “positives,” virtually no one got sick. ABC News details each team’s “cases” as of early December here. Almost every player or coach who was reported to have missed a game had to do so because of a “positive test.” Thus, as we have seen throughout the past ten months, a “positive test” does not in any way indicate an actual Wuhan virus case.

Only two NFL employees—Denver’s defensive coordinator Ed Donatell and Jacksonville running back Ryquell Armstead—reportedly had to be hospitalized due to Wuhan virus complications. Both have fully recovered. It seems that for NFL players—and for football players at any level—the dangers from the Wuhan virus pale in comparison to the dangers that come from playing in football games.

Most telling from the CDC/NFL paper was the fact that, according to Dr. Allen Sills, the NFL’s chief medical officer, “We have not seen any evidence of on-field transmission in NFL games or practices.” Dr. Sills added,

I think that that is an important observation. It’s certainly a question that many people raised before we started as to why that occurred. I think there are a number of theories that people have advanced. One of them is that obviously we’re playing either in an open area or at least an extremely large air environment where we’ve got a lot of ventilation, a lot of movement and likely quick dispersal of any droplets or particles.

So in over 256 NFL games (not including playoff games), and for well over 1,000 practices (probably closer to 2,000) involving 32 teams and over 2,000 players, there was zero evidence of “on-field transmission.” This is significant because of what happens during an NFL game or practice.

Undoubtedly, you are somewhat familiar with the game of American football, but just in case you’re not, football is akin to ritualized combat. Every play involves multiple boys or men (depending on the level of competition) engaged in blocking, tackling, pushing, pulling, and so on. What’s more, because this is done over a multiple-hour period while running in full (or, in the case of practice, sometimes partial) pads, this variety of numerous close contacts is done while players are profusely expelling bodily fluids via sweating, spitting, bleeding, and the like.

So after thousands of hours involving hundreds of thousands of extremely close, maskless contacts in which bodily fluids were almost always present, the NFL and the CDC are telling us that there were zero person-to-person transmissions of the Wuhan virus! Don’t tell me this had anything to do with the fact that some players wear face shields (many, if not most, did not—they were not required). In fact, the CDC does not recommend face shields to prevent the spread of the Wuhan virus.

If, as Dr. Sills suggests, this lack of transmission is due to the fact that NFL games and practices are conducted “in an open area or at least an extremely large air environment where we’ve got a lot of ventilation,” then why in the world would any government official or municipality mandate masks, etc. for outdoor activity?! In fact, given that many NFL games and practices are in large indoor facilities—and given that there was zero person-to-person transmission where rampant close contact was present—why would any mall, church, school, or Walmart, Lowes, Kroger, and the like mandate masks?

Why did the NFL mandate masks on its sidelines? If sweaty, bleeding players engaged in hand-to-hand battles did not spread the virus, why in the world would merely standing on a sideline be any more dangerous?! It’s almost as if the NFL wanted to aid the Democrat Party and perpetuate the lockdown narrative!

This data from the NFL should again make it clear that, for the young and healthy, the Wuhan virus presents little to no danger. Along with the fact that a mountain of other data has shown that masks and mask mandates do not prevent the spread of the Wuhan virus, this data from the NFL should also put an end to the widespread masking of Americans. This is especially true for the young and any who are asymptomatic.
